Welcome to GymGenZ the #1 AI powered fitness app. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at gymgenz.com and our iOS mobile application available on the Apple App Store. By accessing or using GymGenZ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of GymGenZ immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GymGenZ.
01 Eligibility & Account

Eligibility & Account

To use GymGenZ, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement You must be at least 13 years of age to use GymGenZ. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • Accurate Information You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when creating your account.
  • Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One Account Each person may only maintain one active GymGenZ account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

GymGenZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time and without prior notice.

02 App Usage Rules

App Usage Rules

GymGenZ is intended for personal, non commercial fitness use only. By using our app, you agree to the following rules:

  • Personal Use Only You may not use GymGenZ for commercial purposes, resell access, or use it on behalf of another person without their consent.
  • No Reverse Engineering You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the GymGenZ app or its AI systems.
  • No Abuse or Misuse You may not use GymGenZ to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or unlawful content.
  • No Unauthorized Access Attempting to gain unauthorized access to GymGenZ systems, servers, or user accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Fitness Responsibility GymGenZ provides AI-powered workout guidance for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified health professional before beginning any new fitness program.
  • Camera & Permissions GymGenZ may request access to your device camera for AI workout tracking. This data is processed entirely on-device and is never uploaded to our servers.
GymGenZ is a fitness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Use at your own risk and always prioritize your personal safety.
03 Subscription & Billing

Subscription & Billing

GymGenZ offers premium features through paid subscription plans managed exclusively via the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription Plans GymGenZ may offer monthly or annual subscription tiers. Pricing and plan details are displayed at the point of purchase within the App Store.
  • Billing via Apple All payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID. GymGenZ does not directly handle or store your payment information.
  • Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Free Trial If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period no partial refunds are issued.
  • Refunds All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. GymGenZ does not issue direct refunds.
  • Price Changes GymGenZ reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.

04 Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within GymGenZ — including but not limited to the AI workout tracking system, interface design, logos, graphics, text, and code — are the exclusive property of GymGenZ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GymGenZ solely for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes.
  • No Copying You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of GymGenZ without our prior written consent.
  • Your Content Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to GymGenZ may be used by us to improve our services without any obligation or compensation to you.
  • Trademarks "GymGenZ" and its associated logos are trademarks of GymGenZ. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
05 Disclaimer & Liability

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GymGenZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

  • No Medical Advice GymGenZ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is for informational and fitness guidance purposes only.
  • Fitness Risk Physical exercise carries inherent risks. GymGenZ is not liable for any injury, illness, or health condition arising from use of the app or following its workout guidance.
  • Service Availability We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to GymGenZ. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
  • Third-Party Links GymGenZ may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
  • Limitation of Damages To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymGenZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
By using GymGenZ, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. Always consult a licensed physician or fitness professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
06 Termination

Termination

GymGenZ reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to GymGenZ.

Upon termination, your right to use GymGenZ ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
